1. Booking & Confirmation

Reservations are confirmed only after payment or deposit. The management reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund where applicable.

2. Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: 12:00 PM  |  Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies may vary by booking type or season. Refunds will be processed as per booking terms shared during reservation (usually within 7 working days).

4. Samaj Policies

  • Guests must present valid government ID (Aadhar/Voter ID) at check-in.
  • Consumption of alcohol and non-vegetarian food is strictly prohibited.
  • Any damage to property will be charged accordingly.

5. Liability

The management shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage during the stay. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings.
